Job Description:
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our customer experience and driving revenue growth. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll lead efforts to expand our customer base within the Life Sciences and Food & Beverage sectors. Your expertise in sales and passion for innovation will be instrumental in establishing as a leader in cold chain risk management and intelligence.

Responsibilities:

Establish as a thought leader in cold chain risk management and intelligence
Drive sales and generate new revenue through strategic initiatives
Cultivate strong relationships with senior executives at enterprise and mid-size businesses
Lead client presentations and develop compelling business cases
Conduct prospecting and lead generation activities to build a robust sales pipeline
Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and implementation
Utilize CRM data to drive sales activity and meet revenue targets
Represent industry conferences and events
Provide input on business growth strategy to the leadership team
Requirements:

10+ years of B2B/Enterprise software sales experience, with a focus on SaaS sales
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Experience leading and developing sales teams
Deep understanding of Life Sciences buyer personas preferred
Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage with C-level executives
Willingness to travel 20%-30% as needed
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or related field
