POSITION SUMMARY:

Dive into a pivotal role as the Community Association Manager (CAM) with us. As the Community Association Manager, our leadership team will entrust you with the day-to-day operations of two or more condominium associations. Your responsibilities will encompass not just upholding our policies and procedures but ensuring full compliance with the laws of the State of Florida and the By-Laws and Covenants of the Association. 

Are you conscientious and detail-oriented? Do you have the ability to foresee future potential issues and act accordingly? If so, you are ideal for this role, blending customer service, community management, and administrative duties while benefiting from diversity and variety in your daily tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 based on experience and achievement

Benefits: 

Schedule: Able to work 40+ hours per week, with occasional weekend availability.

Current CAM license status must be noted in your Resume to be considered.
