HIRING AN ONSITE HR CALL CENTER MANAGER IN DALLAS, TEXAS

ClaimReturn, industry leader in artificial intelligence-driven, cost-recovery healthcare IT, is a rapidly growing, phone-based revenue recovery operations. We are hiring for a full-time onsite HR Call Center Manager. Be a part of history to build a first-class, first-ever in-person call center for ClaimReturn!

The HR Call Center Manager is a critical role that supports ClaimReturn by recruiting, training, onboarding, coaching, guiding, and processing all HR activities for a call center. This position works closely with the Operations Call Center Manager to help streamline workflow, resolve people challenges, recognize / reward program, and identify and resolve bottlenecks to create efficient productions. This position must be able to juggle multiple deadlines and changing priorities. Key areas of responsibility are to work collaboratively with the Operations Call Center Manager to identify staffing needs, recruit and onboard new hires, conduct training, manage timecards, coach, document, and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.

This is a full-time, salaried, onsite position in Dallas, Texas with standard business hours. Experienced leader, team contributor, good initiative, interpersonal skills, and sense of humor required. Ability to plan, organize, execute in a fast-paced, high pressure call center environment required. HR experience, degree plus certification preferred.
