Job description
A commercial real estate investment company in Downtown Greenville is seeking a Real Estate Assistant. This administrative role supports daily operations for the office. This is a direct hire role with a full-time, 100% onsite schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform front office tasks such as welcoming guests, answering phones, etc.
- Schedule and prepare office for appointments, meetings, and catered events
- Handle inventory of office supplies
- Organize and file documents
- Generate reports and spreadsheets
- Coordinate internal and external events
- Manage company website and charity platform
- Coordinate investor gifts and tracking
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of professional administrative experience
- Warm, engaging demeanor
- Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel
- High technical aptitude
