Compensation:
- Expected First Year Earnings: $100,000 - $120,000 (Base Commission + Revenue Share)

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and create leads using diverse channels, such as online research, industry events, and networking.
- Concentrate on outbound sales, placing a strong emphasis on initiating cold calls to property owners from specific lists.
- Establish and nurture enduring connections with influential property owners, investors, and stakeholders to solidify our company's reputation as a prominent name in property management.
- Attend local REIA, Chamber of Commerce, and other networking events regularly to promote awareness of our market presence.
- Offer comprehensive details about our property management services, serving as a well-informed consultant.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and expertise.
- Guide the sales process from the initial contact to successful closure, showcasing robust negotiation skills.
- Surpass sales targets and goals through efficient pipeline management.
- Execute follow-up strategies to cultivate leads and transform prospects into clients.
- Coordinate with the customer success team to guarantee client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure a unified strategy for lead generation, sales, and continuous client management.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish).
- Proven experience in inside sales, specifically in lead generation and closing deals.
- Capacity for strategic thinking in lead generation, including the ability to target specific markets and identify key opportunities for business growth.
- Proficient analytical skills to assess data, evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, and make decisions based on data-driven insights.
- Commitment to comprehending and addressing the distinctive needs of clients, aiming for high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Capability to deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our property management services.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Familiarity with property management concepts is advantageous.
