We are seeking highly motivated and talented undergraduate/graduate interns to fill multiple positions in the areas of product management, data engineering, analytics/visualization, software engineering, prompt engineering, and PMO/project management.
Digital R&D Data Products – Portfolio & Product Operations Internship
Portfolio & Product Operations is an essential core function to ensure proper management of projects in all its aspects such as financial, supporting artifacts, planning, implementation, and reporting.
Our unit offers a stimulating and versatile internship in an international environment with contact to various leaders across our Digital function. We are a team who work in a dynamic and informal atmosphere, and we expect our interns to become vital members of the team.
This position will be hybrid and require 2-3 days per week in our Bridgewater, NJ office.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting in updating and following up with the KPIs and IT strategy implementation plan achievements
Develop and deliver communication materials to share guidance, processes, and templates with teams
Assisting with portfolio management updates and follow-ups to ensure proper financial management and reporting to the governance group
Provide guidance to product owners, project managers, and scrum masters when needed
Ability to explore new tools to help in managing the portfolio and all associated data
Develop process automation using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI).

Project Management: Experience in project management methodologies (waterfall or agile)
Communication: communicates effectively when working in teams and have a proactive attitude with a goal-oriented mind-set;
International Development: an enthusiasm for working in an international organization.
Collaboration: demonstrate collaboration skills in an international context. Showcasing teamwork and effective communication in contributing to our projects and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Required Skills and Experience
Experience with gathering, consolidating and analyzing data from databases and reports is required;
Experience in using MS Word, MS Power Point and MS Excel is required
Experience with SharePoint Online, Jira, and Confluence is desired
Knowledge in developing Power BI or Tableau dashboards is desired
Interest in and ability to exploring new tools to improve the Portfolio Management
Currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Sanofi does not provide sponsorship for internship positions.
Available to work full-time (40 hours per week), within the core business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, for 10-12 weeks during the summer months.
Currently enrolled as an Undergraduate or Graduate student in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, Analytics, or related field with completion of a minimum of one year of university studies.
Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship with Sanofi.
