Job Description

We are seeking a strong Cerner consultant for long term contract.

1. Subject Matter Expert in Registration and Scheduling for Ambulatory and Acute (aka CPM/Revcycle.exe 64-bit, and including Patient Status Orders)
   1. Rev Cycle Reg/Sched - both front end and back end/build
   2. Scheduling Tools (schools.exe)
   3. Reg/Sched, clinical, and revenue cycle workflows
   4. PowerOrders (specifically Physician order entry)
   5. Discern Rules
   6. Intermediate - advanced CCL would be a big plus, but not required.
2. Participate in Project Management meetings, solution calls, workshops, design sessions, testing, training, go-live support and provide insight into best industry practices in Cerner implementation.
   1. Aid in test script development for Ambulatory Care and Acute settings
      1. Lead Integrated Testing events for Client testers.
         1. Develop workflow, test scripts, requirements tracing approach, and transition to support assistance.
      2. Preferred experience in production support capacity.
   2. Input into design sessions and workflow documentation
   3. Collaborate with Cerner, Client, and IT Informatics to develop training materials.
3. Represent and report to IT PMO
   1. Provide assistance to PMO for project related tasks not mentioned above.

Position is remote except onsite requirements for major events such as workshops, Integrated Testing, training and go-live.
