Job description
An Electrical Test Technician position is available in Anderson, IN. The ideal candidate for a Project Engineer will have a proven track record in the areas of design, implementation, monitoring, and communication of operational plans for completing a project, use of precision test equipment, as well as assembling, calibrating, and trouble shooting electrical control systems.

Responsibilities:
- Performs engineering design evaluations and communicate project scheduling restraints.
- Monitors progress and performance against the project plan. Takes action to resolve operational problems, and minimize delays. Identifies, develops, and gathers resources necessary to complete the project.
- Assemble, calibrate, and troubleshoot electrical control systems on 3 phase electrical controls, instrumentation, data communications, and wiring.
- Responsible for test set-ups and special instrumentations required to determine parts performance and system characteristics.
- Perform engineering tests.
- Develop or enhance test procedures to meet the needs of the company while supporting traceability of the measurements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in the renewable energy, battery energy storage, or microgrid industries preferred,
- Strong working knowledge of control systems on 3 phase electrical controls, instrumentation, data communications, and electrical wiring practices.
- Experience in risk management, data management and reporting, Microsoft Office suite, Project Management, processes knowledge, and business acumen.
- Travel required up to 40%
Pay rate: $28-$31/hour range (w/health benefits, dental, vision & 401k!)
