Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to join our team remotely anywhere within the U.S. In this role, you will play a critical part in integrating HR systems onto the ServiceNow platform for our clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD platform, aligning technical strategies with business needs, and ensuring seamless integration with external systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements and platform capabilities.
Providing technical consultation on ServiceNow capabilities, customization, and integration best practices.
Overseeing solution implementation, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Designing seamless integrations with third-party systems for process automation and data consistency.
Identifying and addressing system bottlenecks to enhance overall performance.
Developing testing strategies to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Collaborating with project managers to maintain project scope and timelines.
Designing and implementing security measures to ensure compliance with best practices.
Creating technical documentation and fostering knowledge sharing within the team.
Staying updated on ServiceNow advancements and industry trends.
Understanding client needs, providing guidance, and exceeding expectations.
Mentoring and coaching junior team members to facilitate growth.
Facilitating collaboration between stakeholders for mutual benefit.
Driving business growth through innovative solutions and client engagement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator plus three or more additional mainline certifications.
US Citizen due to federal contract requirements.
Ability to obtain U.S. government public trust clearance.
Must reside and work within the United States (U.S.).
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience implementing or architecting multiple ServiceNow applications.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect.
Professional Skills:
Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and GlideScript.
Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.
Excellent technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly.
Exceptional conflict resolution skills and stakeholder management abilities.
