Lounge Server and Bartender Responsibilities:

The primary role of the Lounge Server and Bartender is to provide friendly, efficient, safe and responsible service in a relaxing, comfortable environment. In addition to having a solid knowledge of Lounge specific product and promotions, the Lounge Server and Bartender is knowledgeable about and promotes the Smitty’s menu, products and programs. 

• Bringing positive and FUN energy to the floor and to our Guests.
• working with the team towards a great guest experience, every time
• connecting with guests, developing relationships and bonds that keeps people wanting to come back!
• taking orders & serving food
• following all safety & sanitization precautions
• creating Smitty's signature beverages to spec for Guest satisfaction
• leading the team by example by following and implementing Smitty's high standards of efficiency systems and Guest service
