Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in providing exceptional care to our senior clients in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life. This is a full-time, individual contributor position with a salary healthcare/medical job in the franchise industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $16 to $20 per hour, paid weekly. Additionally, eligible employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality in-home care to our senior clients, which may include assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medications as prescribed by the client's healthcare team
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, laundry, and meal preparation
- Engage in meaningful conversation and activities with clients, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical or mental status to the client's family and/or healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
- Follow all healthcare protocols and safety measures to ensure the well-being of both clients and caregivers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a caregiver, preferably in a senior care setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- CPR/First Aid certification
