Job description

Title: IBM ODM developer
Location: Olympia, WA (Remote)
Duration: Long term

Required skills/ qualifications:
Able to design ODM rules in an optimized way.
Experience developing business rule apps, defining vocabulary, complex rules using decision tables and other ODM constructs.
Expert in business rules application development with IBM ODM (knowledge on ODM V8.10 or later).
Experience in writing different types of rules (action rules and decision table) in Rule designer based on the requirements.
Create Project Plan & Work on Implementation Strategy.
Establishing methodology for capturing business rule, event processing requirements and agreeing with business users
Experience with Business rules extraction from the requirements and analysis.
Should be expert in Rule flows, Rule templates, XOM-BOM mapping, writing virtual functions and domains.
Strong knowledge on rules testing and debugging.
Hands on experience on ODM components. Rule execution server and Decision Center.
Hands on experience with application-level tuning for optimizing ODM Decision server performance.
Strong underlying knowledge of XML, XSD, Java, JMS, WebSphere application server.
Strong communications skills to effectively communicate at different levels of management.
