Your Role

We are looking for a results-oriented Regional Director who will lead the charge in developing net new relationships, meeting and exceeding sales quotas, and managing a small, high-performing team. This strategic role is integral to our mission of expanding our reach and providing mental wellness solutions to those who need them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive new business growth, focusing on net new customer acquisition and revenue expansion within your designated region.
• Business Development: Build and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other potential partners. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a small team setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Quota Attainment: Consistently achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets. Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure quota attainment.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry changes. Use this information to refine and adapt sales strategies for maximum effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product development, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.
• Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, report on regional performance, and provide regular forecasts and updates to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, sales, healthcare, etc.). A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven track record of sales success, with a minimum of 10 years of sales and business development experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly regarding behavioral health services.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and client relationship skills.
• Experience in managing and coaching a team, fostering their professional growth.
• Results-driven with a history of exceeding sales quotas and targets.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Annual Salary Range: $135,000 - $160,000
Eligible to earn commission with OTE of $60,000 in commission payments
