Job Summary:
Responsible to safely mill surfaces around manholes and street gutters, notch driveway connections and ramp joints
Minimum Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of world events and acceptable interpersonal communication skills
Class A CLD license with ability to provide and maintain proper licensure, medical card and acceptable driving record.

Duties & Responsibilities
Perform daily equipment, walk around and site inspections to identify and correct any unsafe conditions and keep equipment properly maintained.
2. Safely and properly perform maintenance on milling machine
3. Safely and properly operate two ton truck/trailer used to transport milling machine (load, haul & unload)
4. Safely and properly operate milling machine and bobcat
5. Properly clean up milled material
6. Properly dispose of milled material
7. Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with difficult people under high stress situations. Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations and act courteous/respectful of others.
8. Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.). Monitor and discuss production problems with co-workers and managers/supervisors
9. Ensure OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
