We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Counter Sales
Representative with experience in stucco mixing to join our team. This role is
crucial in providing excellent service and support to our customers while also
leveraging your expertise as a stucco mixing expert.

Description :
As a Counter Sales Representative with Stucco Mixing Experience, you will play
a key role in our company's success by assisting customers at our retail
counter and ensuring they receive the right products and guidance for their
stucco-related needs. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited
to:
- Customer
Service:
- Greet and
assist customers at the sales counter with a friendly and helpful
demeanor.
- Provide expert
advice and recommendations on stucco products and materials.
- Answer
inquiries, address customer concerns, and provide solutions to
stucco-related issues.
- Stucco Mixing:
- Prepare stucco
mixtures according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and
consistency.
- Operate mixing
equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain
stucco mixing area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Product
Knowledge:
- Develop and
maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's stucco product offerings.
- Stay up to
date with industry trends, new products, and best practices in stucco
mixing.
- Order
Processing:
- Accurately
process customer orders, including product selection, pricing, and
invoicing.
- Ensure timely
and efficient order fulfillment.
- Inventory
Management:
- Assist in
monitoring and managing inventory levels, including restocking and
conducting regular inventory counts.
- Report low
stock or overstock situations to the supervisor.
- Safety and
Compliance:
- Adhere to
safety guidelines and protocols when handling materials and mixing
equipment.
- Comply with
all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications : To be successful in this role, you
should possess the following qualifications:
- Stucco Mixing
Experience: Previous experience in mixing stucco or similar construction
materials is preferred but not required.
- Customer
Service Skills: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the
ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers.
- Product
Knowledge: Familiarity with stucco products, construction materials and
supplies, and their applications is a plus.
- Attention to
Detail: Excellent attention to detail, particularly when preparing stucco
mixtures and processing orders.
- Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a
positive work environment.
- Physical
Ability: Capable of lifting and moving 25 to 75 lbs. consistently and
standing for extended periods.
- Computer
Skills: Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory
management.
- Valid Driver’s
License.
- Must be able to
pass drug testing requirements.
Education/Training/Experience:
- High School diploma or Equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- Must have various computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- 2 years inside sales experience required
- 3 years industrial supply knowledge required
- 3 years construction supplies required
- 3 years customer service required

Working
Hours: This is a full-time position with regular business hours Monday through
Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm.
