Automotive Solutions Marketing Principal Job Description and Requirements In the System Solutions Group we are shap ing solutions for dependable systems, requiring safety, security and reliability. Our team works with automotive customers and industry partners to understand the ir needs and identif y technical requirements. We are passionate about methodologies and automation: we collaborate with customers to make their job easier when they develop their products .
We are looking for a passionate Automotive Solutions Marketing Principal to partner with our A utomotive technical team to deliver value to our customers with our E2E solutions. You will bring our technology to market, work with customers to understand their needs and partner for strategic differentiation. You will be part of the team that defines the strategy for our advanced platforms solutions and at the center of collaborations and partnerships with several groups in Synopsys to leverage synergies across EDA, IPs , System Solutions and other functions.

Join a team that spans cross-functionally among different products to create holistic solutions for advanced disciplines, such as Functional Safety and Security , deployed in the Automotive market.
Responsibilities include:
- Gather customer and automotive market requirements, shifts, and future trends and create corresponding business case s to d efine priorities and technology roadmap
- Ensure marketing and sales teams are equipped with a competitive differentiating marketing collateral for automotive market verticals
- Craft collateral for the solution positioning, messaging and packaging . Leverage products adjacencies and create demand through campaigns, collateral, and events. Develop and track the engagement pipeline and key milestones to meet the target goals.
- Work with solutions engineers and product managers to create content for white papers, technical reviews, case studies, blogs and interviews/videos, showcasing expertise , benefits, offerings, and enhancing customer understanding of our solutions offering
Key qualifications :
- Minimum 10 years of Semiconductor EDA industry or ASIC design marketing experience
- A solid understanding of semiconductor market and industry landscape for ASIC flow, packaging, system design, and SoC/System analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Proven ability to work in a matrix environment, with good organizational skills and flexible mindset to interface with several initiatives involving cross-functional teams
- Passion to excel and win, and the desire to learn and explore new technologies
- U nderstanding of Automotive standards ( e.g. ISO26262, ISO21434 , AEC-Q100)

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $130,000 to $227,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
