JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The College of Information Sciences and Technology (IST) seeks to hire students enrolled in the College of IST to fill Assistant positions for the Fall 2023 - Spring 2024 semesters Assistants are assigned to a particular CYBER, DS, HCDD, IST, or SRA course, and they work closely with instructors to provide challenging and meaningful learning experiences for students enrolled in the course. Assistants are responsible for assisting with in-class activities, specialized software or virtual labs, feedback on writing, grading (assuming a rubric), out-of-class tutoring, and other learning-focused responsibilities.
