Job Title: Maintenance Team Lead
Location: Crest Hill, IL
Compensation/Benefits: $70,000 - $105,000 + PTO, Benefits, 401k w/ match, and more
Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of Industrial/Manufacturing Maintenance experience. Experience with Food & Beverage Preferred but not required. Experience with Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing & Refrigeration

Given our continued success, we are hiring a Maintenance Team Leader with at least 5+ years of experience in the industrial/manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates will also have a experience within the F&B or similar area of manufacturing, along with deep knowledge of refrigeration, plumbing, electrical and mechanical. Flexible for the right fit.
Position Overview: The Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of maintenance personnel responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the building's facilities and equipment. This position will primarily involve training, motivating, and supervising the team, as well as coordinating and implementing maintenance and repair work in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Salary: $70,000 - $105,000
