What you will handle

• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Posting services
• Submitting insurance claims
• Checking insurance eligibility
• Entering insurance info into our dental software
• Checking patients out
• Processing patient payments
• Helping with room flipping (as needed)

Our ideal candidate

• Customer service experience is required
• Professional phone etiquette is a must
• Computer skills are essential
• Must be within 20 mile radius of Golden, CO
• Eager to learn
• Remains calm in fast paced environment
