Job Title: Lead Structural Engineer
Location: Minnetonka, MN, US On-Site
Salary: $115k-$130k DOE
Requirements: BS in Engineering, 4+ years exp in Power/Energy or related Industry, HRSG's

My client is an industry leader for more than 25 years in product design and technical services Heat Recovery Steam Generators and boilers.
What You Will Be Doing
- Act as our in-house expert on structural and stress-related problems.
- Train and develop knowledge in less experienced engineers
- Develop new analysis methods and tools for internal use and develop new analysis services to offer clients.
- Perform engineering analysis projects including structural/stress analysis, failure analysis, risk assessment, and other similar studies.
- Perform on-site inspections of power plant HRSGs and boilers and provide customers with practical recommendations that increase reliability and efficiency.
- Prepare Proposals, and promote our products and services when appropriate.
What You Need For This Position
- BS in Engineering form ABET accredited school
- 4 + years experience in power or relative industry
- Knowledge of ASME, AISC ASD/LRFD.
- Low cycle fatigue, thermal stress and dynamic load related problem design.
