Duties: - Perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas - Empty trash and replace garbage bags - Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Follow proper safety procedures and use appropriate cleaning agents - Respond to customer requests and complaints in a professional manner

Skills: - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for long periods of time - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment

• Ability to reliably commute or planning to relocate to Chapel Hill, NC 27517 before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Commercial Housekeeping: 2 years (Required)
