Client Service Specialists/Intake Coordinators
Location: Cherry Hill, New Jersey
2nd Shift - 4pm to 12am
Two of our most prestigious expanding conglomerates (healthcare and law firm) now seek Intake Coordinators for their continually growing division.
Seeking candidates with diverse client service, customer service or intake experience.
Maintain excellent customer service and relationship skills in high performance division.
Responsible for assisting incoming callers with information and documentation on a daily basis.
Ability to make decisions using sound judgement, obtain information, compile and analyze data.
Process and update pertinent information and documentation into high-end system. Research, troubleshoot and communicate with clientele to resolve issues in a timely manner. Ensure the highest level of customer service on every call and channel pertinent information to senior management. Must be detail oriented with excellent communication, writing, interpersonal, analytical and listening skills.
Ability to handle phone calls professionally and patiently.
