About the Job

This position assists with the firm’s client and investment operations; supports advisors with the delivery of the firm’s investment management offering; serves existing and potential clients by providing exceptional support and service. We are seeking a highly positive, motivated, and collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills, strong problem solving ability, great attention to detail, and highly developed organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

· May propose and, once approved, implement trades in client portfolios for the purpose of rebalancing, adding new investments, raising cash for distributions, tax loss harvesting, etc.

· Assists with client quarterly reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness

· Ensures the accuracy and completeness of cash management in client portfolios

· Coordinates and communicates regularly with Advisors to facilitate client requests and ensure proper cash and portfolio management for clients

· Communicates with clients regarding investment activity in their portfolios

· Assists with the operational maintenance of client accounts, including review of client activity, transactions and portfolio accounting

· May assist with investment research

· Supports Advisory group with client analysis and reporting

· Responsible for the preparation of new account and service paperwork

· Initiates and monitors transfers relating to cash/stock positions

· Manages new client onboarding process

· Prepares client insurance reports for final review by Advisory group

· Provides client service both virtually and over the phone

· Interfaces with custodian to facilitate client needs

· Responsible for requesting and managing client documentation, and assuring that information is readily accessible

· Helps to facilitate efficient operations including assisting with process and system improvement projects

· Develops proficiency in firm’s software suite, including portfolio management software, CRM, custodian website and other tools.

· Maintains timely and accurate data and notes in CRM database

· May be assigned one time and/or ongoing projects

About You

· Bachelor degree preferred

· Have obtained or be willing to obtain Series 65 registration or qualify for related exemption

· At least 4 years of relevant experience required

· Experience with Tamarac preferred

· Experience with ByAllAccounts, Salesforce, and Charles Schwab a plus
