RESTAURANT MANAGER Quick Serve Restaurant

Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager with a quick service, fast food, or fast casual restaurant background? If so, we are looking for you! The successful candidate will show they are an energetic leader capable of moving up to a General Manager as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities for our QSR Restaurant Manager include:

• Support the General Manager in running a quick serve restaurant with approximately $1-2 Million in sales per year.
• Learn financial analysis and forecasting.
• Help build sales.
• Train, coach, and motivate hourly workers.
• Performance feedback and corrective action interviews as needed.

Requirements for our QSR Restaurant Manager include:

• 2 year's experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast food, fast casual, or quick serve restaurant, preferably with a drive-thru window.
• No more than 2 employers in the last 5 years, or 3 in the last 9years, unless you relocated or a location was closed/sold.
• Ability to demonstrate personal and team success stories.
• Valid unrestricted driver license.
