Job description

The Supply Chain Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring that all inventory items are properly identified and readily accessible in accordance with the organization's inventory cycle.

Essential Functions
The following is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities for this position. As with all Mohawk staff, the Supply Chain Manager may be asked to do other related work as required in support of the broader mission and objectives of the company. • Ensures that vehicle rig checks are being completed by staff members.

• Executes daily inventory analysis; identifies and resolves discrepancies and problems.

• Oversees stock inventory and ensures an adequate supply in all stations.

• Locates items that may have incorrect locations to assist with order processors.

• Communicates with Finance Department as needed regarding new items, changes of location, counts, etc.

• Ensures adherence to approved budget and policies.

• Performs and assists with general maintenance and cleanup of rigs.

• Operates rigs as needed.


Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree in related field preferred.

• At least five years of experience in a related area required.

• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

• Thorough understanding of inventory policies and procedures.


Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
