Concrete Foreman to perform and oversee concrete work related to flatwork.

Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled Concrete Foreman to lead a crew of 5 in undertaking a variety of tasks for our commercial and public sector clients.
• This includes concrete sidewalk installation, ramp construction, curb and gutter work.
• The selected candidate will be responsible for not only the larger tasks, but also minor details, such as ensuring work sites are cleaned appropriately by the crew, tools are cleaned and organized, trucks are parked correctly, and materials are managed and organized correctly.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Denver, Colorado.

Work Environment

• Work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm, amounting to 40-45 hours per week.
• During periods of bad weather, work will be conducted at the office to maintain a 40-hour work week.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a concrete foreman
• Must have the ability to set forms, understand prints, finish curbs, operate equipment, lead a crew.
• MUST have curbing experience.
• Operate various hand and power tools to shape, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces.
• MUST have reliable transportation
• MUST have valid drivers license
• Bilingual preferred, not mandatory
