What’s a typical day as a Production Associate? You’ll be:
• Performing production line work in the assembly, molding, and/or press department.
• Assembling products with speed and accuracy to meet production targets.
• Operating machinery and inspecting produced parts for quality assurance.
• Keeping workstations and production areas clean and safe.
• Stocking production areas with assembly components.
• Inspecting assembly components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Testing finished products for compliance.
• Making minor repairs to assembled products as needed.
• Reporting any issues to line lead or supervisor.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have previous experience working in a manufacturing setting.
• Possess physical dexterity and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
