Direct Support Professionals, at their core, are the support crew. We work to help adults who experience disabilities live their most independent and fulfilling lives. Our Supported Living DSP team meets individuals where they are to provide targeted supports that meet their needs and goals. A day at SLP can look varied, from grocery shopping and paying bills to helping someone get in/out of a shower to sitting down with them and planning their next vacation. We work hard to ensure our people can continue living in their own homes as independently as possible. As a hybrid position with our community-based division, this position will spend half their time in the Supported Living space and the other half working with our Day Support Activities program to support people either 1:1 or in small groups at community events and activities, building skills that increase independence.

Salary
This position starts at a competitive wage of $18.00 per hour, with a 15% shift differential. We also offer a $500 sign-on bonus --$250 at the time of hire and $250 after your first six months. All hours worked between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM and any hours worked on Saturday, and Sunday earn a shift differential of 15% of your hourly rate !
