Job description

For 55 years, Action Day Schools have proven to be steadfast leaders in the Bay Area’s childcare and education industry. We recognize the essential foundation of any school is its staff. To accommodate our thriving centers, we are seeking an Administrative Specialist to join our growing team!

The position of Administrative Specialist will be based out of the Action Day Schools Corporate office in San Jose, working directly for the President of the company and her senior staff. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual to takes initiative and has excellent judgment while balancing multiple priorities. The Administrative Specialist should have the ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion, work with poise under pressure, and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. This is a huge growth opportunity for the right candidate.

Working closely alongside our President, the general responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Salary: $70,000-$80,000 per year, based on individual experience, education and position requirements.
