Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/ outbound calls daily
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists

Requirements

• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
• Prior Sales Experience is required
• Professional phone etiquetts
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
• Minimum 2-3 years prior sales experience is preferred
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred but will train good individual
