We operate with a network of over 150 therapists throughout Michigan. In Dearborn were thrilled to invite an exceptional Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in a subacute care facility. Our mission of this program is to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients through compassionate and effective rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Occupational Therapist to address the needs of the geriatric population
Implement and monitor therapy programs to improve functional abilities in both returntohome and longterm care settings
Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies
Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with older adults
Familiarity with NetHealth software is a plus
Michigan Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License
2 year degree
