Location: Ligonier IN
Industry: Manufacturing (automotive industry)
Relocation: Available
Salary Range: $85k-$95k+ (Depending on experience)

What You Will Be Doing

The Controls Engineer conducts ground level programming, new machine installs, upgrades, and troubleshooting for various programs, industrial robotics, and production systems. This position will work with a variety of equipment and technical systems, including PLC systems, production robots, Servo systems, and SCADA systems.

- Program / Design new and existing PLC controls
- Troubleshoot and program existing and new plant automation equipment
- Programming of robots and touching up points as needed to support production

What You Need for this Position

- 2+ Years of Controls experience (Programming and troubleshooting PLC and Robots)
- Experience with Siemens S7
- Manufacturing Industry experience

You should know some of the following:
- Fanuc / ABB
- HMIs
- Ethernet / Wireless cabling
- MMis / Panelview
- Ladder Logic programming / MicroLogix / ControlLogix
- AC/DC motors
- Automotive / IATF
