Job description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems & Data Analyst 3 for a contract/hybrid opportunity in Everett, WA.

*This position is HYBRID, onsite as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs research and analysis on processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design. Consults with customers to clarify and refine requirements. Interprets and translates requirements into functional specifications. Develops and executes tests to validate system functionality against specifications.

HARD REQUIREMENTS:
If hired, successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment.


REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, maintain and improve existing software
• Ability to work with few requirements to come up solutions
• Experience working in Oracle based systems

DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Collaborating with customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications and turn into deliverables
• Developing technical documentation to guide troubleshooting and development
• Understand of various programming languages such as C#, .Net, ASP.net and Java Script
• Understanding of Databases, connection methods and troubleshooting (i.e. SQL server, Oracle DB, SSIS, API, Data Link, DB queries)
• Understand use of Pipelines and branches for development and deployment of code for applications

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree (preferred) or a High School Diploma/GED (required). College degree in IT fields preferred.

TRAVEL: may be asked to support other sites in Puget Sound.

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM HYB
