We are currently seeking an energetic Full Time Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of OHIO. This PT will provide therapy in a Senior Living environment and within the community as a floater statewide between Toledo, Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati.
The Physical Therapist (PT) would be responsible for performing starts of care and initial evaluations, subsequent follow-up visits, and supervising PTAs. Flexible scheduling while maintaining a weekly caseload of 27 - 33 visits a week for full-time with a flexible schedule is a must. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the State of Ohio . We utilize a universal electronic documentation system. Prior home healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.
Compensation : competitive/negotiable/experience-based. This will be a salaried position and will be discussed during the interview process.

SIGN ON BONUS OF $5,000 to be paid out quarterly during the first year of employment!
