Your Role:

The company is currently seeking an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our dynamic team. As an ISA, you will be instrumental in generating high-quality leads and nurturing relationships with potential clients. We are looking for individuals who are driven, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers through outbound calls and follow up on leads.
- Identify sales opportunities by understanding customers' needs and preferences.
- Set qualified appointments for our real estate agents.
- Assist in maintaining the sales agent database and follow-up processes.
- Address potential customers' inquiries and provide additional information as needed.
- Manage and update customer databases effectively.
- Conduct research to identify and qualify new leads.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead conversion.

Qualifications:

- Active Real Estate License (applications without a current RE license will not be considered).
- Proficiency in MAC, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Drive.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate various software applications.
- Preferably, two years of sales experience.
- Comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based role.

Physical Requirements:

This role primarily involves sitting, keyboarding, and viewing computer monitors in a business office environment. Reasonable accommodations will be made as per the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Work Environment:

The position offers a hybrid remote work environment, with occasional travel for meetings and conferences.
