Job description
As a Technical Learning Lead within our Global Technology team, you will have the opportunity to shape the learning journey and support the accelerated training for team members not currently in a coding role, but with an interest and aptitude to pursue a Software Engineer Career. You will oversee and maintain the curriculum, which includes the basics of object-oriented programming using Java. You will build strong working relationships within the training team, as well as functional partners including members of the broader learning organization, SEP Program Managers, our trainers, senior leadership, and other stakeholders. This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead multiple work-streams from concept to implementation in a fast-moving environment and develop and maintain strategic relationships with Global Technology partners and senior stakeholders.
