ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service.
Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients' coverage aligns with their evolving needs.
Sales and Business Development:
Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure accurate and complete documentation of client interactions and transactions.
Stay compliant with industry regulations and company policies.
RequirementsExperience:
Proven experience as an Insurance Agent with a minimum of 3 years in the industry.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building a book of business.
Licenses and Certifications:
Active Property and Casualty insurance license in Texas
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with industry software and tools.
