Director of Marketing
Overview: The Director of Marketing at Stretch Zone will coordinate and manage multiple shared services departments and franchise marketing activities to support corporate and franchisee initiatives. An ideal candidate will be the SME (subject matter expert) in multi - unit marketing. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for building strong relationships internally across both corporate and franchisee groups, executing a marketing strategy that supports the Stretch Zone brand and drive results.
Stretch Zone marketing is run by Wild Coffee Marketing - a fractional strategy and execution firm. This role will dually report to Stretch Zone CEO and Senior Consultant at Wild Coffee Marketing.

Qualifications: • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Franchise, Multi Location, or related experience required
• Ability to work independently and proactively, while collaborating with internal and external teams
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proficient in all MS Office tools
• Nimble, and able to react quickly to changing business needs
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
• Public Relations experience a plus, not required
• Position will be in office, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Responsibilities: • Managing Internal Intranet - file management, bulletins and announcements, marketing collateral, responding and moderating support forums
• Coordination, management and troubleshooting of third-party vendors, as well as integrations to the network
• Onboarding, Offboarding and Ownership transfer of studios from a marketing perspective
• Maintain master marketing spreadsheets and documents for Franchise network including but not limited to digital vendors by Franchise, participation of various programs, charity participation etc.
• Collaborate with 3rd parties to maintain and troubleshoot marketing platforms - social management and email management
• Website support as needed - tracking pixels, change of phone numbers, minor content changes to website through CMS
• Event support - owners meeting, board meetings etc.
• Miscellaneous internal marketing support for openings, training, and Senior Leadership needs
• FAC call participation, follow ups and executions
Salary: $75,000

Compensation: $75,000.00 per year
