Job description
This is a remote position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Zoho Zia Integration:
- Integrate Zoho Zia into existing Zoho CRM or Zoho Desk workflows to enhance automation and efficiency.
- Configure Zias capabilities to align with organizational goals and requirements.
2. Zia Customization and Configuration:
- Customize Zias functionalities based on specific business needs such as setting up custom modules workflows and automation rules.
- Configure Zias AIdriven features including chatbots predictive analytics and automation scripts.
3. User Training and Support:
- Provide training sessions to users on how to effectively utilize Zias features and functionalities.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering issues with Zias implementation or usage.
4. Data Analysis and Insights:
- Utilize Zias AI capabilities to analyze data stored within Zoho applications and extract actionable insights.
- Generate reports and dashboards that leverage Zias predictive analytics to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement.
5. Process Optimization:
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization using Zoho Zia.
- Implement Ziapowered workflows and automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
6. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements introduced by Zoho for Zia.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to Zias configuration and usage based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
7. Security and Compliance:
- Ensure that Zias implementation adheres to security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Monitor data privacy and access control settings to safeguard sensitive information processed by Zia.
8. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT sales marketing and customer support to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Zia with organizational processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and solicit feedback on Zias performance and effectiveness.
9. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Zias configuration customization and usage guidelines.
- Share best practices tips and resources with users and colleagues to promote effective utilization of Zoho Zia across the organization.
10. Monitoring and Performance Analysis:
- Monitor Zias performance and usage metrics to track its effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments to measure the impact of Zia on key business metrics and objectives.
Requirements
1. Education : Experience with Zoho Zia or advanced degrees or certifications in Artificial Intelligence machine learning or Zoho applications could be advantageous.
2. Zoho Expertise:
- Indepth knowledge and experience with Zoho applications particularly Zoho CRM Zoho Desk Zoho Analytics and Zoho Creator.
- Certification in Zoho applications such as Zoho Certified Developer Zoho Certified Consultant or Zoho Certified Administrator would be highly desirable.
3. Artificial Intelligence Skills:
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts algorithms and technologies with a focus on Zohos AI platform Zia.
- Experience with AIdriven features such as chatbots predictive analytics and automation scripts within Zoho applications.
4. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in Zoho development such as Deluge Script for Zoho Creator or Zoho CRM API.
- Understanding of web technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and RESTful APIs for integrating and customizing Zoho applications.
5. ProblemSolving Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify business challenges and develop effective solutions using Zoho Zia and other Zoho tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them on time.
6. Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization effectively.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into nontechnical language for business users and vice versa.
7. Project Management Experience:
- Experience managing projects related to Zoho implementation customization or optimization including requirements gathering planning execution and evaluation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks manage timelines and coordinate efforts across crossfunctional teams.
8. Continuous Learning Mindset:
- Eagerness to stay updated on the latest developments in Zoho applications artificial intelligence and related technologies.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development through training certifications and selfstudy.
9. Team Collaboration:
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members stakeholders and external partners to achieve project objectives and deliver highquality solutions.
- Experience working in agile or iterative development environments would be beneficial.
10. Customer Focus:
