POSITION SUMMARY
eGenesis is seeking an experienced, highly engaged People Operations Specialist who will hold a variety of responsibilities to support the daily People Operations of the company’s three Midwest facilities. The successful candidate will be a positive on-site presence with significant influence to the overall company culture at our Midwest sites. A successful candidate will have a proven ability to connect with a broad audience to maintain effective, collaborative relationships with employees and key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality will be critical to providing exceptional support to our team.
A typical day will include employee relations and engagement, talent acquisition support, onboarding activities, benefits administration, and performance management processes, with opportunities to work on projects across the People Operations Team to promote continued career growth.
