Screamers Dining & Cabaret in Lincoln, NE a family restaurant and Home of the Singing Staff is looking for one general manager to join our 27 person strong team. We are located in Lincoln's Haymarket at 803 Q Street. Our ideal candidate is energetic, attentive, punctual, and reliable. This position comes with a competitive Salary apply to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations
• Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Manage profit and loss figures

Qualifications

• Prior GM experience required
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a clean, customer-focused workplace
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• Experience in facilitating growth and increasing productivity
