Job description
Rose Cafe is looking for Bakers and Lead Bakers; seeking invdividuals who are powered with passion for food, service and the hospitality industry. Someone to grow with the new company and strive to meet its goals. We are a Breakfast and Lunch Cafe with pastry offerings and Coffee! No late nights, Early AM and Afternoon Shifts.
Responsibilites Overview ~
- Daily bake for cafe menu and pastry offerings
- Pastry Prep for cafe menu and pastry offerings
- Following Cafe SOP's
- Communicating with chef's about ordering needs
- Aid in sesonal creations
- Maintain organzied and cleanly work station at all times
Requirments:
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand comfortably for 8 hours
- 1 year experience working in pastry or similar role
- Experience with proofing is preferred
- Dedicated to working with a team towards one goal
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the kitchen are
- Committed to a early morning work schedule and weekends
- Extremely reliable, can consistently maintain a schedule with early call times and ensure punctual attendance and work performance regardless of the early hours
