Job description
Position Overview: The Territory Manager Retail will be responsible for achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships through the sales of consumer products and decor in the retail industry.
$40,000/year base salary, plus commission. 1st year ote $70k+
Ramp up bonus $1000 extra per monthÂ
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth in the assigned territory.
- Develop and manage relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to management in a timely manner.
- Plan and execute promotional activities in the assigned territory.
- Manage budgets and expenses for the assigned territory.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in outside sales and/or business development in the retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of home goods and decor is a plus.
- Experience in account management is a plus.
