Job Title: Commerce & Logistics Coordinator.

Job Type : Part-Time (15-20 hours a week).

Role Summary & Responsibilities: We’re looking for a skilled picker and packer with a customer service background to join our warehouse team in a part-time role.

Reshipments

• Investigate original shipment status to determine whether reshipment is appropriate.
• Package & dispatch new shipments as needed for Exchanges and communicate as needed with inventory manager to make appropriate stock adjustments.
• Update the record of reshipments for client-side billing and internal record-keeping.

Shipment Prep, Packing & Processing

• Pick, pack, and ship merchandise for fulfillment.
• Create shipping labels and prepare shipments for UPS pickup.
• Follow import/export shipping protocols for international customer shipments.

Organization

• Complete organizational tasks in the warehouse as needed:
  • Tidy warehouse space at the request of Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Count inventory at the request of Inventory Controller or Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Assist in returning excess merchandise to storage.
  • Assist in the reorganization of storage spaces to keep the warehouse floor available for active products & D2C projects.

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 1-2 years experience in customer service and/or warehouse experience.
• Able to stand up to 8 hours, walk, reach, and lift up to 35-50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift.
• Valid US Drivers License.

• Work independently.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Communicate clearly, effectively and diplomatically in both written and verbal communication.

Compensation:

• $17-$19 an hour.
• 401k.
• PTO.
