Job description
Role: IT Project Manager (NetSuite WMS Implementation)
Location: TUSA Tampa Warehouse, 6473 S Falkenburg Rd, Building 3, Riverview FL 33578 (Fully onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology or business administration
- Proven experience (5 years) in IT project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP system or NetSuite Warehouse management system is required.
- Experience with WMS or migration of WMS systems is a plus
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Initiation:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Project Execution and Monitoring:
- Lead the teams in executing tasks according to the project plan.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that may impede project progress.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including internal departments, external vendors, and clients.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and expectations.
- Address stakeholder concerns and solicit feedback to continuously improve project outcomes.
- Develop project budgets and track expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage project finances to optimize resource utilization.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
- Compile and analyze data to generate insights into project performance and make informed decisions.
- Prepare and present project status reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
