Job description
Work from home remotely, full-time position for Certified Medical Coder. Family Medicine and eCW experience strongly preferred. Billing office personnel are responsible for the day to day tasks of the revenue cycle of the medical practice. This includes verification of patient information, assigning procedure and diagnosis codes, entering charges, submitting claims to insurance carriers, creating statements and posting payments and adjustments, working denials, patient collections and all aging. This full-time position offers a competitive salary reflective of your work history. In addition, a generous benefits package is provided to you as part of your overall compensation. High School diploma or equivalent required. Pass a drug screen and background check per agency procedures. Proficient reading, writing, grammar, typing and mathematical skills.
