Job Description:
As an Account Manager at Yellow Letter HQ, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of direct mail campaigns, meeting and exceeding client expectations. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and marketing objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing regular updates on project status.
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective direct mail strategies tailored to their needs.
Project Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of direct mail campaigns.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
- Proactively identify and address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Strategic Planning:
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to optimize the impact of their direct mail campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
Performance Analysis:
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide clients with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to assess the success of campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in account management.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and Adobe Suite.
