Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Franchise Concierge - Vendor Relations Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering strong relationships between our franchisees and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Working closely with our National Vendor Relations Manager, you will assist franchisees in optimizing the benefits offered through the HVA Vendor Program.

Primary Responsibilities

- Proactively reach out to franchisees to promote and explain the vendor program.
- Collaborate in developing procurement strategies to help franchise owners maximize savings.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors, addressing any concerns raised by franchisees promptly and effectively.
- Educate franchisees on utilizing the Vendor Hub efficiently and maximizing available benefits.
- Support vendor acquisition and onboarding processes as needed.
- Assist in organizing and executing strategy meetings, conferences, and other events related to the vendor program.
- Manage tasks independently, meeting deadlines and prioritizing projects effectively.
- Fulfill any other duties and responsibilities assigned.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- This role is based in Dallas and includes a hybrid work arrangement: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote with stable internet access.

Education & Experience

- Preferred experience: Two (2) or more years in sales or outbound customer service.
- Education: A degree is preferred, but equivalent experience and a strong track record will be considered.

Compensation

- Compensation will be commensurate with experience, including a base salary and commission opportunity.
