About Us:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Asset Media Solutions Analyst to join our dynamic team in Fort Belvoir, VA. As a key player in supporting our Program, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and delivering complex, custom video platform solutions using the Kaltura media product. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong technology relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Define feature requirements, user experiences, and solutions for custom, video-centric workflows.
- Scope and oversee large-scale, complex content migrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems as they arise.
- Document and actively disseminate knowledge about custom solutions.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Professional experience with online video systems and products (OVP, OTT, media CDN, DAM/MAM, transcoding, live streaming, etc).
- 2+ years of experience with online video systems and products, including experience and familiarity with Kaltura Platform and modules (Kaltura Management Console, Kaltura Media Space).
- Ability to link/embed media assets into other technology platforms such as Microsoft TEAMS/SharePoint and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience with other media delivery systems such as YouTube and Apple Podcasts.
- Familiarity with media development systems like Camtasia, Snagit, and Text to Speech (TTS).
- Experience with invoking/testing Media Services APIs and/or scripting skills in Python, PHP, or similar.
- Knowledge of IP networking and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Previous professional experience writing or managing software requirements.
- Proven experience providing high-level customer support to a large user base with varied backgrounds and technical understanding.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
