Role Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to guide our financial strategy and support our vision for growth and market leadership. This role involves comprehensive financial management, including strategic planning, investment analysis, and ensuring fiscal integrity. The CFO will work closely with the executive team and key stakeholders to enhance financial and operational processes, driving our strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership: Oversee accounting, tax, and treasury functions, ensuring adherence to GAAP and financial standards. Manage financial planning and analysis, driving budget planning, and quarterly forecasting. Lead cost finance within manufacturing and supply chain, focusing on cost structures, variances, and capital expense management.
Strategic Collaboration: Engage with investors, creditors, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and deliver financial commitments. Contribute to executive leadership, embodying our core values and fostering a culture of integrity and teamwork.
Growth and Development: Spearhead inorganic growth efforts through acquisitions, licensing, and strategic partnerships. Assess and integrate new opportunities to expand our footprint and enhance our market position.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience as CFO, ideally in a private equity-backed setting, with a strong preference for leaders who thrive in both strategic and hands-on roles.
Extensive background in the consumer goods industry, particularly within brand-driven durables and omni-channel sales environments.
Solid experience in financial management, including comprehensive oversight of financial statements, working capital management, and production cost accounting.
Strong communication skills and executive presence, with a history of engaging effectively with boards, PE sponsors, and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial management systems, ERP, and BI tools, with expertise in tax optimization, treasury, and consolidation processes.
